Previous experience working under own initiative with minimal supervision, excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritise with minimal intervention.Previous experience working in a QSR, Food Retail, or Hospitality Environment.Develop and deliver ad hoc learning interventions to meet any training requirement needs identifying to support business objectives in line with the DPG L&D strategy.Provide L&D thought leadership and direction for franchisee groups to build and embed a business commitment toward colleague development.Prioritise learning interventions to maximise the scale of delivery across the region, ensuring maximum benefit impact whilst balancing more focussed individual support requirements for individual Franchises.Monitor all Franchise mandatory training to ensure necessary compliance and completion, taking steps to address completion gaps as required.Work collaboratively with Franchise colleagues to develop a high-performing regional training team.Ensure Franchise engagement with and embedded use of the online Learning Management System, providing accessible on-going to ensure maximised learning opportunities for all Franchise team members.Design and deliver product and operational training as well as management development programmes to support the key business objectives, ensuring chosen interventions drive improvements in capability, performance, and efficiency.Develop and maintain positive, value-adding relationships with Franchisees, their teams and Head Office to ensure effective and appropriate communication at each level.Act as the primary contact for a regional collective of Franchisees for all aspects of L&D.Reporting to the Operations Learning and Development Manager, we are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Regional Lead to work in partnership with our Franchisees and their teams to deliver outstanding training excellence driving Franchise operational performance and team member capability, underpinned by the DPG L&D Strategy.
